We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FPGA Engineer to lead our team in the design and development of cutting-edge FPGA solutions. As a Senior FPGA Design Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development of FPGA prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of FPGA engineers to deliver complex FPGA designs
- Collaborate with software and board design teams to ensure seamless integration of FPGA solutions
- Develop and maintain project plans, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery
- Design and develop FPGA implementations targeting internal and external platforms
- Commission FPGA prototyping hardware, including specification of peripheral hardware
- Strong technical leadership skills and experience in FPGA design and development
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to write clear and concise technical documentation
- Detailed knowledge of the FPGA design flow, including RTL design, simulation, synthesis, and place and route
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python and TCL
- Knowledge of Arm IP and AMBA standard
- Experience with debugging sophisticated designs, embedded software, simulation, and hardware
- Knowledge of Arm's latest IP products and their applications
- Experience with Xilinx UltraScale+ devices and tools
- Knowledge of DDR memory sub-systems and their implementation
- Programming languages such as assembly language, C, and C++
