Job Summary:

Mpeople Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day movement of materials, despatch, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation of orders between job functions, ensuring timely and professional completion.
  • Accurately complete all necessary documentation within set deadlines.
  • Prepare orders for dispatch and other customer-specific requirements, including quality certificates and safety requirements.
  • Handle internal and external calls, providing excellent customer service.
  • Provide movement information for accurate recording of material locations.
  • Check product conformity certificates prior to despatch and apply supply, transport, and other label requirements.
  • Assist in inputting stock movement sheets and received goods onto the MRP.
  • Provide goods inwards labels for all inbound raw materials.
  • Process customer returns back into the warehouse.
  • Produce certificates of analysis (CofA's) from the in-house database and send via email to customers prior to goods despatch.
  • Accurately allocate finished products by batch number, sampling products for QC/R&D sampling and sales orders, and take samples to QC for testing purposes.
  • Request batch sheets for test and re-batch purposes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role in Warehouse/Despatch Administration, with training on company products provided.
  • High attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing workloads.
  • Numeracy, problem-solving skills, excellent communication (written and verbal), and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Excel, and Word, with a high level of data entry required.
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain customer service.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
