Our client, a renowned gastro pub in Hook, Hampshire, is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join their team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cuisine and providing excellent customer service.

Job Role
In this exciting role, you will work closely with the senior kitchen team to prepare and present high-quality dishes to our discerning customers. You will also be responsible for managing and training junior chefs, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities
Your duties will include preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and adhering to health and safety guidelines. You will also be required to manage stock levels, control wastage, and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen team.

What We Offer
