About this role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at our Liverpool plant. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting and displaying a strong safety culture at all times, producing concrete using multiple systems and processes, allocating and assigning loads to drivers, and managing contractors carrying out site maintenance.

About you:

  • You will be a team player who is self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • You will be willing to go the extra mile, supporting a strong team culture.
  • You will be passionate about safety, with a strong work ethic, and results-focused.
  • You will have effective communication skills and work under pressure.
  • You will be able to physically perform all duties associated with the position.
  • You will have a driver's license and own transport, with front-end loader or forklift competency an advantage.
  • You will be willing to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening.
