## Job Title: Account Service Advisor

## Job Description

At Jago Consultants, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Account Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and attention.

### Key Responsibilities

* Meet and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, providing a warm and welcoming experience throughout their visit.
* Provide exceptional customer service, including establishing customers' onward travel arrangements, updating customers while their vehicle is in our workshop, and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers.
* Maintain thorough product knowledge and stay up-to-date with manufacturer-led training to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
* Maintain good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of work to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

### Requirements

* Full driving license
* Basic salary: £27,000, OTE: £35,000
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and alternative Saturdays
