Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at NET Recruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and proactive individual with a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to think creatively to identify new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Targeting potential customers and building strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify key information about competitors, trends, and opportunities
  • Developing successful sales strategies and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
  • Providing technical support to customers to assist them in deciding on suitable solutions
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A qualification or experience in Engineering or a related field
  • Extensive proven sales and customer relationship management experience, ideally within the HVAC or refrigeration industry
  • Fantastic communication skills and a proactive approach to sales development
  • Proficiency in CRM software as well as Microsoft Office
