Academic Professor

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join our team of professionals in Rugby.

This role is for an ambitious individual with teaching experience, who can inspire and challenge students at various levels.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver dynamic English lessons that promote student progress and understanding.
• Support and Assess: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students in achieving their academic goals.
• Resource Development: Prepare and implement resources that enhance student learning and understanding of literary and language concepts.
• Classroom Management: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, respect, and academic excellence.
• Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues to develop the English curriculum and support school-wide academic initiatives.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong passion for teaching and inspiring students in English
• Experience teaching English at secondary school level is preferred but not essential

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. This position requires a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
