We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Primary SEMH Support Assistant to join our team at a fantastic special school in Helston.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs, particularly those with SEMH. They will be able to provide general classroom support as well as one-to-one support, adapting to the fast-paced environment of the school.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing classroom support to students with SEMH
  • Working closely with teachers to develop tailored learning plans
  • Assisting with the implementation of behavior management strategies

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with SEMH
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
