Maintenance Equipment Specialist

Salary: £40-£45 per hour (dependent on experience).
About the RoleThis is an ideal position for an individual with previous maintenance experience within a field relating to joinery, fitting, plumbing, painting & decorating etc. You will be responsible for ensuring all requested repairs are carried out to the required standard and within our Service Level Agreement deadlines.
You will work closely with our team to manage your own workflow, respond to emergencies, and maintain a high level of health and safety awareness at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine maintenance tasks and repair requests efficiently and effectively.
- Manage materials and supplies, adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and improve processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid UK driving license.
- Experience working in a similar maintenance environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
