Breaking Down Barriers

We understand the challenges faced by new HGV drivers in securing a role without extensive experience. That's why we've introduced our trainee driver scheme, designed to support your growth and development.

Our Commitment to You

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.44 for the first 8 hours, with time and a half after. You'll also have access to overtime opportunities and a range of benefits, including:

  • Entry into our Tipper or Skips fleet
  • 5 weeks of comprehensive training and a dedicated mentor
  • Progression to a full-time driver rate upon completion of training
  • No prior driving assessment required
