About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanner to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors in providing expert advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting on portfolio performance and analyzing market offerings, services, and products
  • Administering and actioning advice given by financial advisors, covering pensions, investments, tax planning, IHT, mortgages, and protections
  • Writing financial plans and annual reviews
  • Updating internal systems with client data, emails, documents, and tasks
  • Liaising with clients regarding technical replies, end-of-year queries, and factual information
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in a financial planning or wealth management firm
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
