We are seeking a motivated consultant obstetrician to fill a locum position at the Princess Royal Maternity.

The successful candidate will join an established team of consultants providing high-quality care to the local population. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week, 10PA) for a 10-month period. The ideal candidate should be a forward-thinking individual who can develop and support new initiatives within the department.

To be eligible for this role, applicants must have full GMC Registration, a license to practice, and eligibility for inclusion in the GMC Specialist Register. Those trained in the UK should have evidence of higher specialist training leading to CCT or be within 6 months of confirmed entry from the date of interview. CESR route doctors are only eligible to apply for a substantive consultant post once CESR is awarded. Non-UK applicants must demonstrate equivalent training.

We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
