A world leader in analytical instrumentation is seeking an accomplished, ambitious and commercially astute LC-MS Technical Specialist. As a key member of the VRS-UK team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of customer methods, demonstrating methods and proof of concept, and providing technical support to the sales team. Your duties will also include providing customer training and support, as well as attending high-profile industry conferences to present technological advancements and build the company's customer base. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced scientist to utilise their wealth of LC-MS, method development and troubleshooting experience in a new and exciting role, working with the company's latest LC-MS/MS technology. As a remote-based role, you will have the flexibility to work from home and travel approximately 50% of the working week to customer sites or the applications laboratory, with occasional overnight stays. To be considered for this highly dynamic and diverse role, you must have at least 3 years' experience with mass spec instruments, including QQQ, and a strong understanding of method development, optimisation and troubleshooting, ideally in small molecule analysis. Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting scientific information are also essential. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Aiding in the development of customer methods
* Demonstrating methods and proof of concept
* Technical support to the sales team
* Providing customer training and support
* Attending high-profile industry conferences

**Requirements:**

* At least 3 years' experience with mass spec instruments, including QQQ
