iO Associates - UK/EU is seeking a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to assume responsibility for DevOps tasks from an existing engineer transitioning to a management role.

As the Senior Azure DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the Azure environment and supporting the global development team. Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep and adopting a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) approach to ensure system health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and improve the Azure infrastructure
  • Create and maintain IaC using Bicep
  • Design and deploy containers using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
  • Implement SRE principles to ensure system health
  • Mentor new team members in IaC and SRE best practices

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Azure DevOps, utilizing the full Azure technology stack, including...
  • Provisioning IaC using Bicep (or Terraform with good Bicep knowledge)
  • AKS and Docker for containerization
  • SaaS environments
  • Start-Up environments

Bonus Experience:

  • Further expertise in Azure and Microsoft Office 365
