Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

Company Overview

E3 Recruitment is working with a globally leading chemical manufacturer located on the South Coast in Littlehampton. This company supplies raw materials to most industries and focuses on the development and manufacture of agricultural, crop protection and pest control chemicals.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a minimum of 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a discretionary bonus, life assurance up to 4x base salary, pension option and private medical care. We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Manage contractor relationships, coordinate daily PPM, and guide technicians, focusing on improving scheduled PPM and implementing digital tools like CMMS.
  • Ensure timely and proper inspections, schedules training for technicians, and handle high-priority issues and incident management.
  • Lead and contribute to engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and overseeing project performance reporting.

This role requires a hands-on Maintenance Engineer who can act as a link between the Asset Manager and Technicians, supporting both hands-on tasks and strategic decisions on-site.

  • A strong background in maintenance engineering or a similar industry.
  • Experience in managing teams and prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
