Credit Controller

We're seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our finance department, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely payments and maintaining a positive cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Credit Control Manager in providing an efficient and customer-focused service for the management of invoicing and cash collection.
- Work closely with customers to undertake effective collection and obtain earliest possible settlement of accounts.
- Proactively engage with customers to deal with queries and identify and manage the need for credit notes.
- Perform monthly accounts reconciliations as required.
- Liaise with the Credit Control Manager to accurately forecast incoming cash receipts.
- Experience working within a Credit Control or finance setting.
- Experience of finance systems.
- Minimum of 4 GCSE's grade C.
- Highly numerate and accurate with handling financial data.
- MS Office, including Excel to a good level.
- Professional demeanor, positive and flexible attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills, and accuracy.
