About the Role
The Lottery Manager will oversee all aspects of the development, management, and operation of the weekly lottery and its associated activities while delivering excellent customer service and stewardship to lottery players. This includes ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the lottery to achieve targeted income levels in line with relevant governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement strategies to ensure lottery player participation grows year on year in line with the business plan.
- Manage the development, management, and operation of the weekly lottery and its associated activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service and stewardship to lottery players.
- Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the lottery to achieve targeted income levels.
About You
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lottery Manager to join our team at Eden Brown Synergy. The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience of working to and achieving financial targets.Excellent numeracy skills with an eye for detail.The ability to prioritize workload and meet weekly deadlines.Experience of working with volunteers is desirable.What We Offer
