Customer Team Leader Role

As a valued member of our Co-op team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store team to achieve our goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy among colleagues and customers.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and providing coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence, taking ownership of store operations and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive store plan, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns, and providing solutions to meet their expectations.
