GLL is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified individual to join our team as a Trainee Swimming Teacher in Reigate & Banstead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start a new career in the leisure industry.

About the Role

We are looking for a Swimming Teacher who is passionate about delivering safe, consistent, and engaging swimming lessons to people of all ages and abilities. As an experienced Swimming Teacher, you will thrive on supporting individuals to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups
• Support learners to achieve their swimming goals
• Develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and effective teaching approach
• Administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• STA Award or Certificate level or Swim England Level 2 qualified
• National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers & Coaches (ideally)
• Knowledge of health, safety, and relevant legislation
• Understanding of Child Protection Policy
