Key Responsibilities:
As an Airfreight Operator, you will be involved in various tasks, including:
1. Arranging shipments according to customer instructions and SOP/Quotations
2. Managing shared mailboxes and liaising with airlines and handling agents
3. Completing MAWBs-IATA, B2B, and consolidations
4. Pre-alerting customers and networks
5. Handling custom entries in accordance with HMRC compliance
6. Providing customer care and updating customers on shipment status

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in airfreight exports or imports, possess excellent ICT skills, and be able to work in a dynamic, global environment.
