Materials Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Planner to join our team at Yourgene Health. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials to support our production activities.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize stock levels of key components and finished goods to meet sales demands and business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Generate purchase orders to replenish stock and maintain accurate records in our ERP database.
- Monitor and update schedule dates on the ERP system, identifying potential risks to the scheduled plan.
- Support the release and scheduling of work orders to production, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Adhere to quality and regulatory specifications, as well as health and safety compliance.
- Perform ad-hoc support tasks to meet deadlines and priorities, and promote best practice and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Solid organizational and administration skills, with the ability to prioritize and achieve deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Analytical skills, with high attention to detail and effective time management.
- Desirable qualifications include experience in purchasing or planning within a manufacturing environment, and familiarity with ERP/MRP databases.
