This esteemed secondary school in Colchester seeks a dedicated and experienced teacher to join their expanding team as Second in Charge English. About the Role:
The successful applicant will play a key leadership role, supporting the Head of Department in shaping the vision and direction of English across the school. Key responsibilities include leading on specific initiatives to improve teaching, learning, and assessment, mentoring and coaching members of the English team, and taking responsibility for aspects of curriculum development.
Key Requirements:
