Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement market making strategies across equities products.
  • Design and implement automated hedging algorithms to manage risk centrally across asset classes.
  • Perform systematic and quantitative analysis of flows and market data to drive business strategy.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and maintain our quantitative market making platform.

Requirements

  • Strong academic record in a quantitative field such as physics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or computer science.
  • Excellent programming skills in an object-oriented or functional paradigm such as C++, Java, or Python.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a related field.
  • Self-starter with strong self-management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
