About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled SEND Specialist to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with local authorities and contribute to the development of EHC Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and amend EHC Plans to ensure they remain up-to-date and reflect a student's current views, needs, outcomes, and provision.
  • Administer the amendment process and recommend service improvements.
  • Amend and update existing EHC Plans to ensure they remain current and relevant to a student's needs.
  • Prepare EHC Plans and decisions not to issue an EHC Plan within statutory timescales.

Requirements:

  • Local Authority experience is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience within a similar SEND role is also essential.
