About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering Platform Services team at Royal London Group. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and operation of software through tools, environments, and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver automated software components that form part of a development operations toolchain.
  • Transform technical requirements into DevOps processes and maintain development standards.
  • Identify and resolve issues that impact software development, software deployment, and service operation.
  • Lead the technical ownership, expertise, and support of the Royal London DevOps tooling, supporting platforms, and tools provided by your team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of the application lifecycle, proficiency in scripting languages, and experience using Azure DevOps Services. You will also have knowledge and understanding of Linux and good interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration and engagement with stakeholders.
