Enterprise Systems Architect

We're seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Systems Architect to join our team at Liberty Global Shared Services Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in defining and evolving our Enterprise Systems Strategy to align with our long-term business vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Shared Services and business strategy partners to understand business imperatives, organizational vision, and medium to long-term objectives.
- Develop and maintain a target landscape view of systems to fulfill Shared Services business vision and realize business and organizational objectives.
- Work with delivery teams on streams that impact ERP Systems, making decisions on open items and resolving differences concerning solution architecture.
- Maintain a map of core business capabilities implemented by systems/technology across Op Cos, identifying overlaps and inefficiencies.
- Propose metrics for comparing systems across Op Co and use these metrics to identify and prioritize rationalization opportunities.
- Review and approve business requirements and proposed solutions from a business architecture/strategy perspective.
- Conduct reviews and gap analysis on current processes and configuration, making recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with innovation in Enterprise Systems and Technology software, researching and advising on potential solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings.
- A creative and agile problem-solver with excellent presentation and documentation skills, confident with Senior Customers and large audiences.
- Experience interacting with third-party resources, including offshore teams.
- Extensive experience with Enterprise solutions, including business process analysis, systems analysis and design, and technical/functional solutions delivery.
- Substantial experience in architecting and implementing Oracle ERP solutions, including EBS & Fusion.
- Commercially astute in identifying key drivers for business case and ROI analysis for enterprise systems.
- Experience rolling out innovative technologies, such as AI/GenAI, Digital Assistant, RPA.
- Operational background and experience in ERP or SCM or HCM domain, ideally with BPO experience.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Good understanding of ITIL best practice and development methodologies.
- Cross-product experience with SAP, Workday, MS Dynamics, etc.
- Experience with CRM, SAM solutions.
- Exposure to working with Gartner, Forrester, or other independent analysts.
