Job Title: Specialist Behavioural Support Teacher - Primary School

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic specialist behavioural support teacher to join our team at Academics Ltd. This is a full-time opportunity starting ASAP, with the possibility of an ongoing assignment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist behaviour support to students in a primary SEMH school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide specialist behaviour support to students in a primary SEMH school setting.
  • To work closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement strategies to support students' emotional and behavioural needs.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.

Requirements:

· A relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience
· Experience working with children with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
