About the Role:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Data Quality Advisor to join our team at Dorset Police. As a key member of the Alliance Information Management Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data held within our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse data to ensure compliance with data protection legislation and standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the Data Quality Team to improve data quality and reduce risk to victims and witnesses.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to data quality issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on data quality best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data protection legislation and standards.
  • Experience of working in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
