Based in St-Leonards on Sea, this role will be responsible for managing the company's quality systems and health and safety protocols across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage annual ISO audits and internal process audits
- Evaluate suppliers and manage the ERP system
- Develop and implement quality and health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Relevant manufacturing or engineering degree or HNC level qualification
- Experience in the vacuum industry or similar sector
- Knowledge of ISO9001, 5S, CE Marking, and General Health and Safety
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum
- 25 days' holiday per year plus bank holidays
