We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Education Excellence Specialist to join our team as a Year 3 Teacher at Wayman Learning Trust, located in Southeast England.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students in Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork, and creating a conducive learning environment.
As an experienced teacher with a proven track record of delivering excellent academic results, you will be expected to teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children while focusing on individualized learning targets, encouraging strengths, and improving weaknesses.
A key aspect of this role is the pastoral care of students, including keeping track of their progress and reporting back to parents.
To succeed in this position, you will require:
- A qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience in teaching Year 3 students and preparing them for SATs exams
- A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Patient, resilient, and passionate about teaching
