An exceptional Year 4 Teacher is required to support the learning and development of students in a friendly, inclusive community.
This part-time role will commence and conclude within specific periods.
Responsibilities:- Assessment and Feedback: Regularly evaluate student work, provide constructive feedback, and track progress to identify areas for improvement.
- Classroom Environment: Establish an inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel valued, motivated, and empowered to learn.
- Discipline and Behaviour: Maintain good behaviour and discipline through clear expectations and positive reinforcement.
- Tailored Lessons: Adapt lessons to cater to the diverse academic needs of students.
- Pupil Welfare: Safeguard and promote the welfare of pupils, adhering to legal requirements and school policies.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Citizenship: Possess the Right to Work in the UK.
- Curriculum Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Teaching Experience: Previous experience as an outstanding teacher.
