We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and working closely with our customers to ensure their success.

  1. Develop new business opportunities by regularly prospecting and sourcing new leads.
  2. Present our market-leading solution and negotiate business contracts with new customers.
  3. Buid strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to tailor our solution to meet their specific needs.
  4. Identify opportunities for referral and networking to drive business growth.
  5. Familiarity with Microsoft applications and customer success software such as Salesforce (CRM) required.
  6. Full UK driving license required.
  7. £4,800 car allowance + 25p per mile fuel.
  8. Quarterly and annual incentives worth up to £16,000.
  9. 25 days annual leave, plus 8 UK bank holidays.
  10. Company mobile phone and laptop provided.
  11. Contributory pension scheme.
