Job Title: Qualified Social Worker

Remedy Social Care is seeking a qualified social worker to join their team in Southwark. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and effective social work service to children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess complex need and plan and work purposefully with families to manage risk and promote positive outcomes.
  • Provide a social work service that is both relationship-based and responsive to statutory guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent social work practice.
Requirements:
  • Qualified social worker with experience in children's services.
  • Ability to manage referrals in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
