About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gas Repair Specialist to join our team at HomeServe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing gas appliances and central heating systems in private domestic properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake maintenance and repair work on gas appliances and central heating systems
  • Provide industry-leading service aligned with our customer and people promises
  • Work with a range of boiler manufacturers and models
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1 & CKR1 qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence with less than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working with a variety of boiler manufacturers and models (desirable)
Training and Support

We offer an extensive training programme to help you settle into your new role. This includes:

  • Week 1: Training in our award-winning facility, covering HomeServe, health and safety, tools, and equipment
  • Week 2-4: Buddied up with an experienced HomeServe Gas Engineer
  • Once signed off, you will complete your own line of work in your specified work area
