We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Leader to join our team at Hallhouse Care Home in Fenwick, East Ayrshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and leading a team of dedicated care professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the care team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, promoting their dignity and independence.
- Manage medication administration, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment, encouraging effective communication among staff, residents, and families.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry standards.
Requirements:
- SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Practical Medication Administration training with competencies.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Compassionate nature, with a commitment to person-centered care.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour, plus benefits including pension, onsite parking, paid PVG, uniform provided, and generous annual leave.
