Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software applications
  • Work closely with engineers, product managers, and business analysts to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in software development best practices
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using C#, ASP.Net MVC, Web API, and JavaScript
  • Design and implement database queries, models, and schema using SQL Server
  • Participate in agile software development methodologies and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver projects
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.Net MVC, Web API, and JavaScript
  • Experience with SQL Server, database queries, and design
  • Agile software development methodologies and experience working in a team environment
  • Desire to learn new technologies and tools as needed
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the insurance industry
  • Azure Apps/DevOps experience
  • .Net Core/.Net 5+ experience
  • Architecture experience with OOP, SOLID, DDD, and Microservices
  • UX/UI Design experience
