Job Title: Contract and Bid Manager

JD Ross Energy is seeking a highly skilled Contract and Bid Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in managing opportunities from initial identification to contract win and renewal strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage quality, content, and timeliness in all stages of the bidding phases, creating customer responses, offers, and responding to contractual queries and RFQs.
  • Ensure project stage gates are met and appropriate approvals are obtained on time and in full.
  • Identify and alert any issues or risks during the bid phase to the appropriate stakeholders within the business and initiate and manage external legal/commercial support experts as needed.
  • Handover contracts to the Commercial and Operational teams.
  • Provide management oversight on progress with Master Service Agreements and contract reviews.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of commercial and legal contract terminology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
