Job Title: Dental Field Service Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dental Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of advanced CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems at hospitals and healthcare centers throughout the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of advanced CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems
  • Installation and repair of high-value capital equipment
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies

Requirements:

  • Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment
  • Qualification in electronics, engineering, electrical, or another relevant technical discipline
  • Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments
  • Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges
  • Full UK driving license
