Job Title: AdministratorAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at European LifeCare Group. As an Administrator, you will play a key role in promoting, delivering, and facilitating various programs directed by management as part of the School-Aged Immunization Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning and Delivery: Assist in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of health promotion/education and public health school-age immunization programs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Promote and facilitate collaborative working between team, schools, and other educational institutions and families in the delivery of the immunization program.
  • Immunization Logistics: Ensure the necessary requirements for storing and transporting immunizations, and the procedures for collecting and delivering vaccinations to the site.
  • Databases and Records: Maintain databases to ensure records are kept up to date and documents are prepared for school visits.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedure for School Immunization (SOPs).
  • Administrative Support: Provide first point of contact for all administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: GCSE level of education or equivalent with a minimum of grade 'C' in both English and Maths.
  • Experience: Working in a community setting (schools) and/or working with children & young people (desirable).
  • Skills: Assertive, team player, and critical thinker with excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, and excellent IT Skills.
