X4 Communications is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Pharmaceutical Liaison Officer to join their dynamic team. As a key scientific resource, you will serve as a bridge between the pharmaceutical company and healthcare professionals.

The role involves engaging with HCPs, providing scientific information, and supporting the development and commercialization of products. Your expertise will be essential in delivering accurate and balanced scientific information about products to HCPs/stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scientific Communication: Deliver accurate and balanced scientific information about products to HCPs/stakeholders.
  • KOL Engagement: Identify and establish relationships with KOLs and other healthcare professionals to gather insights and support clinical education.
  • Training & Support: Provide scientific training to internal teams, including sales and marketing, to enhance understanding of the therapeutic area and product data.
  • Clinical Research Support: Collaborate with clinical teams to support ongoing studies and assist in the development of clinical trial strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret clinical data, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner to various audiences.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Market Insights: Collect and report on insights from the field to inform business strategies and improve product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in a relevant scientific field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a medical liaison or similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of clinical research, drug development processes, and therapeutic areas relevant to our products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams and functions.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with healthcare professionals and attend conferences.
