We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Parent Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at Barnardo's, working within the Surrey Wellbeing Partnership to deliver a six-week intervention to parents.
This part-time role, 32.5 hours per week, will be based at our Leatherhead Wellbeing Hub, where you will work closely with our team to provide support and guidance to families.
As a Parent Wellbeing Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering a comprehensive six-week intervention program for parents
- Providing one-to-one support and guidance to parents to help them build resilience and confidence
- Working closely with our team to ensure a seamless delivery of services
- Collaborating with other agencies and professionals to ensure a holistic approach to family support
Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of child development and family dynamics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are passionate about supporting families and making a positive impact in your community, we encourage you to apply.
