Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviors that may challenge.
- Work closely with our team to ensure the delivery of outstanding care and support, promoting independence and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice and excellence in care.
