About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to join our expanding team in Greater Preston.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and young people aged 0-19, providing clinical expertise and support to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based speech and language therapy programs for children with diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to children and their families.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pathways and protocols to ensure best practice.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and peer review to maintain high standards of practice.
Requirements
  • Professional degree or equivalent in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Evidence of recent and relevant postgraduate experience in the specialist field of practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as a lead specialist and manage challenging behaviors.
