About the Role

As a Pharmacy Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading our pharmacy team and making a real difference in people's lives. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise, while providing top-notch services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • You'll be responsible for supplying prescriptions, delivering NHS and private services, and providing healthcare advice to customers.
  • You'll lead, train, and develop colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care.
  • You'll use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available to meet customer needs.

Requirements
  • You'll have a Pharmacy Degree and be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • You'll be passionate about leading and empowering a team, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • You'll be willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and complete a DBS check.
