About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a Childcare Practitioner in Stirling Council.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on delivering positive outcomes for children and families.

You will be equipped with the necessary skills and competencies to deliver high-quality practice and make a positive impact on children and families.

The role requires you to work between the hours of 8am and 6pm, spread across 5 days, with a 30-hour per week permanent position.

Responsibilities
  • Gaining SSSC registration within 3 months of your start date.
  • Becoming a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children.
Requirements
  • SCQF level 6 or higher qualification in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuing professional development.
Salary and Benefits

Salary: £21,813 - £22,785 (dependent on experience)
Hours: 30 hours

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £21,000-£22,500 per annum, depending on experience.
