We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to provide exceptional support in an outstanding nursery school in the Cheshire area.

Key Responsibilities
- Support students in their learning journey as part of a dedicated team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality education and care.
- Develop and implement engaging lessons and activities to meet the needs of children with additional needs.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Early Years Education (Level 2 or 3).
- Proven experience working in an early years setting.
- Ability to work flexibly and provide support on a long-term basis.
- Enthusiasm for supporting children with additional needs.
What We Offer
- A competitive daily rate of £97.50 per day.
- The opportunity to progress to a permanent role.
