Job Overview:


Moodys is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Strategist to drive engagement and commercial relationships with new customers, uncovering opportunities to engage commercially and deliver Moody's solutions.



About the Role:



  • Develop strategic campaigns and outreach ideas to prospect and engage with key accounts and contacts across various industries.
  • Build, deliver and track account plans; forecast, report key information and performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of the Corporate sector to identify opportunities and risks for customers while addressing their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share market intelligence and insights, driving business growth and expansion.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in new business development, preferably within the financial services industry.


Key Skills:



  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts across multiple use cases and product lines.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a track record of thriving in ambiguity and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Strong networking skills, with connections to relevant industries and a history of C-suite engagement.
  • Fluency in English is essential; other European languages would be advantageous.
