Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Governance Director to take the reins as our Chair. This pivotal role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and high performance within our Board. As Chair, you will be responsible for driving our strategic agenda, leveraging your local knowledge and network to identify opportunities and challenges, and collaborating with our Principal to review and implement our College Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our 14-member Board, promoting a culture of openness, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the Principal & Chief Executive Officer to develop and implement our strategic objectives, aligning with our values of Respectful, Collaborative, and Curious.
  • Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, students, alumni, and local partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to our teams, helping them achieve their goals and objectives.
