Business Development Representative

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a Customer Service Expert to join our team in Salford Quays.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and be able to provide exceptional customer service to potential customers and clients.
The role involves working as part of a team to handle new business enquiries and across its existing business retention portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Acting as a subject matter expert, providing quality support to clients in line with Bupa standards.
- Working as part of a team to handle new business enquiries and across its existing business retention portfolio.
- Providing exceptional customer service to potential customers and clients.
**Requirements:**
- Telephony-based sales experience and a clear, confident technique.
- Enthusiasm and desire to learn and understand Bupa products and policies.
- An empathetic and sensitive approach whilst having engaging stakeholder management and effective relationship-building skills.
**Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 + excellent benefits & commission, including 25 days holiday, increasing through length of service, with option to buy or sell.
Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum.
