Farm Equipment Maintenance Expert

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Agricultural Engineer Consultant to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. Our company specializes in technical recruitment across various industries.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the agricultural industry, preferably with commercial vehicle or construction industry background. They should be able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Maintenance and servicing of machinery from top franchises such as CLAAS and Horsch, following manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnostics and repair of electrical, hydraulic, powertrain, and other faults prior to initiating repairs.
• Diagnostic software utilization via laptop computer (training provided) for issue resolution.
• Knowledge of various machinery in the agricultural, commercial vehicle, or construction industry.
• Full driving license and ability to operate machinery on-site for testing purposes.
• Flexible to work weekends during peak harvest season when required.

We offer:

• Salary: £38,000 per annum OTE based on experience, paid hourly.
• Holiday Package: 24 days + 8 bank holidays.
• Pension - 3% employee contribution and 7% employer contribution.

• Overtime available (Mon-Sat time and a half, Sun-double time, BH Monday-double time & day in lieu).

• Ongoing training as required.
